FreedomVoice Important Faqs
Activation Fee: There is no activation fee or set up fee. Plus you can try Freedomvoice for free for 15 days and cancel before the trial period ends if not satisfied.
Contract: There is no contract. The billing is monthly. You can cancel any time.
Double Billing: There is no double billing for call forwarding. You pay only for one leg.
True 800 Number: 8xx toll free numbers are free. But for a true 800 toll free number there is a one time $30 fee.
Toll Free Number Transfer from and to FreedomVoice: You can transfer your current toll free number to FreedomVoice while signing up. If you cancel your service with Freedomvoice, you can transfer your toll free number to your new provider (if no unpaid bills).
Internet Fax: You can send and receive faxes only from the Freedomvoice web portal. In our opinion that’s not the best internet fax solution.
